ITAS China is a modern production site with low-carbon emissions, environmental protection and sustainable development.
ITAS Italy is the sole investor of this new project.
In order to establish a good "business card of coated abrasives industry" and to provide a model for the innovation, we focused in creating a factory with resource-saving and environment-friendly.
The new production line not only fully meets and complies with the requirements of the European Union and China's environmental protection standards but also follows the standards of IPPC, EIA, SEA, etc., strictly controls land occupation, water resources utilisation, waste materials and air emissions.
In addition we will also adopt strategies about energy recyling technology and we will fulfil our obligations and responsibilities in environmental protection with high standards and requirements.
The factory is located in very strategic place, there are consistent logistic and transport facilities by water, land, air and railway. The total land area of the production site is about 85000 square metres with a total construction area about 50,000 square metres which consists of a R & D and administrative office building of 3,000 square metres, two production workshops with an area of 6,450 square metres each, two warehouses of 3,000 square metres each and a multi-purpose building of 30,000 square metres.
ITAS China's production facilities are all imported from Europe, technical and management team are all from ITAS Italy. We will be committed to the production of a wide range of products for high-end markets, with high quality abrasives materials and high value-added products.
